Winning Team Ai Voice Service is operated by King Lewis III LLC, Houston, TX ("we," "us"). Contact: 832-714-8929 · info@winningteamai.com. By using this website, requesting a free Missed-Call Audit, or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services. We provide AI voice receptionist services for local businesses, including a free Missed-Call Audit: we place a test call to the business number you provide, score how the call is handled, and send you a one-page scorecard. Audit results reflect that test call only and are provided for information; they are not a guarantee of future call volume or revenue.

Paid service. The AI receptionist service is $499 setup plus $649/month, billed monthly. Either side may cancel the monthly service with 30 days' notice. If, during a 14-day pilot, the system does not book at least 2 jobs/appointments, your second month is free.

Text messaging. If you opt in, we send texts about your audit request, scorecard, follow-ups, and booked demo calls. Message frequency varies (up to ~5 per audit request). Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including that mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited bulk messages through our systems.

Liability. Our services are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose.
